1.Tomatoes and foods such as nuts and shellfish may trigger a canker sore. You'll also want to stay away from foods that are hot, in terms of temperature or spiciness. They'll burn and sting a tender canker sore. And you may want to avoid rough, scratchy foods such as chips for the time being as well.

2.Cayenne pepper can desensitize the nerves that cause canker sore pain and designed to relieve canker sore pain.

3.Rinsing the canker sore with Aloe Vera juice. A little aloe juice from the juicy inner portion of the leaf rinsed over the canker several times daily.

4.Combine 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon baking soda and 3 drops hydrogen peroxide and 2 drop water.Mix and rinse your mouth with it four times daily.

5.Apply a little salt directly to your wound.

6. Apply turmeric powder directly to sore.

7.Add turmeric in neem leaves juice make a think paste and apply it.

8.Mix a quarter teaspoon of turmeric powder in a teaspoon of honey. Apply it on sore and rinse after 15 to 20 minutes.

9.Add a teaspoon of coriander seeds to cup of water and boil it. Filter it. Rinse your mouth with this solution 4-5 times a day while it is luke warm.


Use any One Natural Mouth Washes:


1.Add 3 teaspoons sage leaves to 1 pint boiling water. Steep, covered, for 15 minutes. Rinse your mouth with the liquid several times a day. 

2.Apply ice or rinse your mouth with ice water.

3.Take a tablespoon of crushed licorice root and soak it 1 cup of water for 2-3 hours. Use it as mouth rinse.

4.Apply Tea tree oil mixed with water on sore. Provides relief.

5.Take one glass of warm water add 2 tablespoons of salt. Mix it well and rinse 2-3 times with this water everyday.

6.Take few onion slices. Place a slice on canker sore it promotes healing.

7.Take one cup of water and handful of coriander leaves. Heat the mixture for 15 min. Strain it and allow it to lukewarm. Use this water to gargle 3 times everyday.

8.Take a black tea and dip it in lukewarm water and place on sore for 15 min.

9.Eating fresh papaya or fresh papaya leaves will cure it.

10.Tap honey 2-3 times daily on sore.

11.Apply Plum juice 

12.Mixture of baking soda and water.

13.Applying raw potato on sore.

14.Use of alum water.

15. Add curd( yogurt) in your diet to heal the sore.
